Addiction Freedom" is designed to help you choose health and to reject destructive habits and patterns.  Written in collaboration with an expert in addiction psychology, Spencer Payne, PhD., "Addiction Freedom" targets the deeper needs that may trigger addictive behavior. The listener is guided initially to discover the deeper needs that may have created the addiction and then guided with encouragement to take the path of health and well being and to choose to step off the path of addiction.
